How far in advance should I reserve my date?
It is always hard to predict what dates will fill up the fastest. With the quantity of staff we employ, we are able to cater multiple functions in a day, for all drop off services we require 72 hour notice.
How do I get a quote for my event?

How far do you travel to cater an event?
Our drop off service is limited to Lenister is you have a large event please get in touch with sales@fitzerscatering.ie
Do you offer just delivery or drop-off?
We offer both drop off and delivery.
Do you offer tastings?
We offer tastings for large, confirmed events
Do you provide wine or liquor?
We offer a full bar set up
Does Fitzers Catering accommodate guests with dietary restrictions?
Yes, we accommodate all dietary needs
Is a served meal the same price as a buffet?
The service cost for a plated meal is usually more expensive than a buffet as it requires more labour and equipment to serve your guests. ( Prices may vary)
Do you have children’s prices?
Yes, If the children are eating the same meal as the adults, the children’s price is based on smaller portions. We are also happy to provide a special kid-friendly alternative menu

Where do you deliver?
We deliver all over Ireland, 7 days a week, including bank holidays.
Are there delivery charges?
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout, based on your location and product ordered e.g. Food, Equipment etc.
Can I track my order?
No, we are in development regarding tracking systems, but currently this option is not available.
Can I book staff to assist?
Yes, all skill positions are available. See Staff Booking Tab for rates
Can I hire equipment for my event?
We can organise all the equipment you need for your event from linen, tables and chairs, glassware, crockery and cutlery. Whatever is required. See Equipment Tab for details.
Do you provide wine or liquor?
We offer a full bar set up
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Hot Food: Cancellation is required 72 hours before event date.
Cold Food: Cancellation is required 48 hours before event date.
Due to the nature of our business, we must charge our customers the full cost of any order that is not cancelled within the required time.
What are your payment terms?
Online Payment Method is available
Customers requesting to be billed post event must be approved for billing prior to the event and a company credit check will be carried out.
Can I set up a corporate account?
Yes, but all companies must complete the necessary paperwork and await the result of a credit check.
Can I substitute items or change the menus?
All menus are carefully designed to cater for small numbers, there should be no need to alter menus. Note: You can make a request at the checkout section and we will contact you regarding your request.

Can I get my order in individual portions?
Yes, but this will incur an additional €1.00 p per person per dish
